Minibio
Paulo Coutinho is a consultant in innovation, technology, and intellectual property, founder of INGETI, COKRIAR, and IAÍ EDUCA. For over twenty years, he has worked at the intersection of technology, management, and institutions, with experience in public administration, teaching, and over fifteen years of accreditation in the SEBRAE ecosystem. He has structured innovation ecosystems in 16 municipalities in Piauí and Maranhão, three of which he founded: Carnaúba Valley (Parnaíba), Gurguéia Valley (Bom Jesus), and Mearim Valley (Bacabal). He is a master's candidate in Innovation, Intellectual Property, and Technology Transfer at PROFNIT/UFPI, a law student, holds three registered trademarks with INPI, and coordinates the technology axis of the Observatório da Opala in Pedro II (PI).
